Quatrain provided the space planning and consultation for optimising of the space use for the central office of multinational company according its new indeed with following realisation in the Spring 1999.
 
The open space offices had to assume increased number of employees; plus by the re-structuration there were changed the function of some departments and their relationships. All those changes had to reflect onto the new disposition of the office and on the same time the changes had to be realised with minimal costs and the with increased effectively of the use of the space.
 
After the study of the new relationship on the client's company we have proposed saving old equipment (which was considered as efficient for at least 2 years more) and transformation of its layout.

Mobil glass partition wall splitting the main meeting room was lightly transform and moved (one block had to be produced new) to give possibility of expansion of new department.

On the reception area was created small Respirium for the visitors with vitrins presenting the activity of the company. Two comfortable sofas and luxurious glass table giving to all of the set (and then also to all of space) luxurious and modern look.


Office is furnished with Czech serial produced melaminated furniture and modesty panels. The mobile glass partition wall is Czech product in French licence. The showcases are custom made wooden furniture produced by Czech firm. The sofas and glass table are Italian product.

By this combination we were able to realised changes for reasonable price with good visual effect and increased efficiency.
